Book reviews for the upcoming special issue should reflect on some aspect of our theme: an abbreviated list of suggested review titles appears below. Given the wide scope of the theme, we invite additional proposals for reviews. If you are interested in reviewing a recent publication, please send an inquiry to the e-mail given below.
